Vending at the Pensacola Pickles and Wings Family Festival

The Pensacola Food Fight Run is a division of the Pensacola Pickles and Wings Family Festival, and all vendor space is booked through the festival. One application covers the whole day, from the eight o'clock run through the seven o'clock close.

Food trucks, restaurants, artists, makers, and retail are all welcome across three downtown parks. Spaces are limited and assigned in the order applications are received.

For food trucks, food booths, trailers, carts, and mobile vendors preparing and serving freshly made food and drinks onsite, including wings, burgers, lemonade, desserts, ice cream, and specialty drinks. Food vendors must have a pickle item on the menu.

10x10 General Vendor Space

$150

For handmade art and crafts, prints, photography, jewelry, clothing, retail specialty items, services, product information, and pre packaged shelf stable items including cookies, candy, spices, jams, pickled products, and dog treats.

Vendors must carry some pickle merchandise.

Prices increase in March 2027. Applying early gets you the better rate and better placement.
All vendor fees are non refundable and non transferable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges are issued for any reason.

What vendors should know before applying

The run finishes at Seville Square at 9:30 AM and those participants walk straight onto the festival grounds. Be set and ready to sell by 8:00 AM.

Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, products, inventory, staff, permits, licenses, and insurance. Booth assignments, maps, and layouts may change at the discretion of event management. The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, or personal property, and anything left onsite overnight is left at the owner's risk.

The event is rain or shine.
